Prelude

Node catalog Actions
On this page

Send a message with Prelude or create and check an OTP verification.

Usage and specifics

Select a Prelude credential and operation, then enter the recipient. For messages, supply templateId and variables; for verification, supply the code required by the operation. Check account costs and limits.

Technical type : prelude. Runtime : nodulz.

Credentials and prerequisites

  • Prelude (integration / prelude). Prelude API token for messaging and OTP verification.

Create credentials in your nodulz instance’s Credentials area, then select them on the node. Availability depends on ownership and sharing. See the credentials guide for access and rotation.

Parameters

Names below are technical keys. Defaults are not a ready-to-run configuration: complete fields required by your operation. Paths containing [] describe list items; some fields depend on the selected mode.

Parameter Type Default Values / limits
operation enum "send_message" send_message, create_verification, check_verification
credentialId string "" -
to string "" -
templateId string "" -
variables string "{}" -
code string "" -

Configuration help

operation
Action
Send a Notify message with an approved template, create or retry an OTP verification, or check the received code.
credentialId
Prelude credential
Select the Prelude API token stored in credentials. Its value stays protected.
variables
Template variables (JSON)
JSON object containing exactly the template variables, with string values. Workflow expressions are supported. Use an empty object for a template without variables.

Initial configuration

Initial catalog configuration example, to adapt before running. Keep secrets in credentials.

json
{
  "operation": "send_message",
  "credentialId": "",
  "to": "",
  "templateId": "",
  "variables": "{}",
  "code": ""
}

Verification

Test with representative data. Check node output in the inspector and logs, then use editor mapping for downstream fields. A trigger test with a simulated payload does not validate external service delivery.
