Hosting

Seapalm SAS hosts the website and the nodulz services it operates on its own infrastructure in Europe. The hosting provider’s address is Seapalm’s registered office.

A customer’s self-hosted instance uses the infrastructure and hosting provider selected by that customer. APIs, connectors and AI providers used in workflows may have their own hosting arrangements.

GDPR contact

Seapalm SAS is the contact for data protection matters concerning nodulz. This role does not constitute a declaration that a data protection officer has been appointed under Article 37 GDPR.

The privacy policy describes account and portal processing. The data processing page explains Seapalm’s role when it processes workflow data on a customer’s behalf.

Intellectual property

The nodulz brand, distinctive signs, content and software elements owned by Seapalm are protected by intellectual property law. Your rights to use the software are defined by the licence applicable to your plan.

Third-party components remain subject to their own licences. Customer content and data remain subject to their owners’ rights; submitting them does not transfer ownership to Seapalm.
