Purpose and applicable documents
These terms describe using nodulz, published by Seapalm SAS. The software enables workflow design and execution and service connections. The portal manages accounts, licences, subscriptions and support requests.
The software licence, order, terms of sale and, where needed, data processing agreement specify rights and commitments for your plan. Accepting these terms does not constitute blanket consent to personal data processing.
Access and accounts
Provide accurate information and have the necessary legal capacity and, for organisations, authority to use the service. Protect your sign-in methods and report unauthorised access.
Permissions must correspond to each user’s duties. Plans or features may require a licence, configuration or active subscription. Applicable specifications and limits are those of the ordered plan.
Deployment and security
For self-hosting, you manage administration, updates, network protection, access and secrets, backups and restoration. For Seapalm-hosted services, responsibilities are allocated in the contract.
Before production execution, check data, permissions, scripts, destinations and action consequences. Workflows may send messages, modify or delete data or trigger transactions; their effects may not be reversible.
Permitted and prohibited use
Use nodulz in accordance with the law, individual rights, your licence and connected service terms.
- Do not use the service for unauthorised access, malware, fraud, unlawful messages or data collection without a lawful basis.
- Do not bypass access checks, licence limits or third-party protections.
- Do not place secrets or sensitive data in unsuitable destinations or logs.
- Do not act on another person’s behalf without authority or permission.
Third-party services, scripts and AI
APIs, extensions, scripts, connectors and AI models may have their own terms, costs, limits and interruptions. Check compatibility and permissions. Seapalm does not control their publishers’ decisions.
AI outputs may be inaccurate. Provide suitable human checks before consequential actions and required safeguards for decisions about people. Permissions granted to an MCP assistant must remain proportionate.
Content and data
You retain rights to data and content you own. You must have authority to collect, use and disclose them. Seapalm receives only the usage rights required for agreed services.
GDPR obligations depend on your role. Data entrusted to Seapalm on your behalf is governed by a data processing agreement, separate from account and billing processing described in the privacy policy.
Intellectual property and licensing
Using nodulz does not transfer ownership of the software, brand or Seapalm content. Deployment, modification and redistribution rights are exclusively those in the applicable licence. Third-party component licences remain applicable.
Availability, support and changes
Maintenance, security issues or failures may affect access. Support response times, guaranteed availability and service commitments exist only where included in your plan or contract.
Experimental features, demonstrations and roadmap items are not delivery promises. Changes affecting contractual commitments follow the contract and applicable legal rules.
Suspension and closure
Access may be restricted where justified by a security risk, unlawful use or breach. Measures are proportionate and communicated as far as compatible with security and law. Remediation and challenge procedures are explained where possible.
Before service termination, arrange export and retrieval of needed data. Subscription cancellation follows the terms of sale; account closure and exercising an erasure right have their own procedures.
Liability and disputes
Each party is responsible for its obligations. Seapalm’s liability is assessed under the applicable contract and law; nothing on this page removes a mandatory statutory guarantee or liability that cannot be excluded.
Contact Seapalm to seek a resolution. French law applies subject to any mandatory protections. The competent court is determined by statutory rules and the contract without depriving consumers of their rights.
