Collect answers with a customizable multi-step form that can be embedded in a website.

Usage and specifics

Define fields and validation, then publish to expose the form. Configure access restrictions and confirmation text. A local test does not prove public form availability.

Credentials and prerequisites

This node defines no dedicated external credential. Remote sources or execution targets may still need their own access credentials.

Configuration help

path Form path: Unique identifier: 3 to 64 lowercase letters, numbers or hyphens.
embedEnabled Embed code: Paste this code into your site. The iframe width and height can be changed. Public access must also be enabled.

Verification

Test with representative data. Check node output in the inspector and logs, then use editor mapping for downstream fields. A trigger test with a simulated payload does not validate external service delivery.
