Create a site or widget in Cloudflare Turnstile, Google reCAPTCHA or hCaptcha with allowed domains. Retrieve the site key for the form and the server secret for nodulz.
Configure in nodulz
In your instance, open Credentials, select the type above, name the credential and complete these fields:

variables : CAPTCHA_SECRET or the selected secretName
Save the credential, then select it on relevant nodes. URLs or parameters marked as node settings belong directly on that node.
Things to check
In a Variables credential, name the variable to match secretName. The browser token differs from the secret. For reCAPTCHA v3, also check action and score.
Verify an operation with expected permissions and data before publishing. Keep secrets out of logs and revoke them with the provider when no longer needed.
