Collect answers with a customizable multi-step form that can be embedded in a website.

## Usage and specifics

Define fields and validation, then publish to expose the form. Configure access restrictions and confirmation text. A local test does not prove public form availability.

Technical type : `form`. Runtime : `nodulz`.

## Credentials and prerequisites

This node defines no dedicated external credential. Remote sources or execution targets may still need their own access credentials.

## Configuration help

| Setting | Purpose and guidance |
| --- | --- |
| `path`<br>Form path | Unique identifier: 3 to 64 lowercase letters, numbers or hyphens. |
| `embedEnabled`<br>Embed code | Paste this code into your site. The iframe width and height can be changed. Public access must also be enabled. |

## Verification

Test with representative data. Check node output in the inspector and logs, then use editor mapping for downstream fields. A trigger test with a simulated payload does not validate external service delivery.
